The Service is provided free of charge and requires no account registration.

3. User Responsibilities & Account Security

• We are not responsible for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content
• AI suggestions are not professional career advice

6. Data and Privacy

• We do not store or have access to your resume content on our servers
• You are responsible for backing up your resume data
• Clearing your browser data will delete your saved resumes

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• That the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That any defects will be corrected

We do not guarantee that using our Service will result in job offers or employment success.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you for all claims related to the Service shall not exceed $100 USD or the amount you paid us in the last 12 months (whichever is greater).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kurusa Labs, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Content you submit or generate using the Service
